We specialize in private, small group and family active vacation programs, as well as longer back-country expeditions in Bariloche and Patagonia.

Director / Co-Owner

Lucila is an Outdoor educator and certified sea kayak guide who is passionate about rescue dogs, horses and rural Patagonia. Her role involves asigning the right guides and resourses to your program so everything runs seamlessly.

Diego Magaldi

Program Designer / Co-Owner

Diego plays a pivotal role in the design of our visitors programs. He started XB back in 1993 and, over the years, he's evolved from leading ascents to the highest peaks of the Andes to running family friendly programs in Patagonia.

Gabriela (Gabi) Koestner

Operations Manager / Guide

Besides overseeing XB's operations, Gabi is also one of our lead guides and you will be likely to meet her upon arrival in Bariloche.
