Some of the most remote wilderness of Nahuel Huapi National Park can only be accessed by water. Such is the case of the still seldom visited Tristeza Inlet and Hidden Falls trail.
This is a full day excursion into a glacially carved inlet and the lush Valdivian forest, with plenty of opportunities to watch the local fauna and the most emblematic flora of the western side of the park.
After a spectacular one-hour navigation, we hike a two-mile trail through the lush forest following the Frey creek to contemplate the Hidden Falls. Lunch will be served buffet style on a secluded beach or on board , before our return to Lopez Bay.
Our vehicle will then drive us back to our hotel along Circuito Chico with a brief stop to admire the Llao Llao resort and Puerto Pañuelo.
